AromaPoetry honors a 3-5 business day guarantee within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

AromaPoetry currently offers exchanges only on products that have not been used. Please test the scent of your candle by smell before lighting it. Once the candle is burned it can not be exchanged. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a candles ceramic jar becomes damaged in transit, we will exchange the candle for a new candle, free of any additional shipping charges.
